The Weeknd made it a great start to the week for health care workers. The “Blinding Lights” singer teamed up with Postmates to kick off Black History Month by delivering food to 150 frontline medical personnel. He chose Tampa, Florida’s Black-owned Mama’s Southern Soul Food restaurant to feed the essential workers. It’s the start of a national campaign to highlight Black-owned eateries.
The Weeknd is also in Tampa to perform at the halftime show for Sunday’s “Big Game.”
