Come see what Joplin Parents as Teachers, Adult Education and Literacy/HSE Joplin, MO, and the Joplin Public Library have to offer, eat at your favorite food trucks, yard games, raffles, and take a ride on a tethered hot air balloon if the weather permits.

The Joplin Neighborhood Adult Literacy Action has been serving the Joplin community for 40 years to foster and strength adult literacy skills.
