Say hi to ‘Howie’ — this week’s Joplin Humane Society Rescue Buddy, presented by Frank Fletcher Subaru! He is a senior beagle mix and up to date on shots. He loves car rides, lots of pets, and is available for adoption at the Joplin Humane Society. There is an adoption special with a $25 adoption fee for dogs and cats older than 6 months, and a $50 adoption fee for puppies and kittens 6 months old and younger.
